Terms and conditions

By viewing any winnerzscape related material (winnerzscape, winnerzscape, etc..) you agree to everything below:

You are not an employee of Jagex LTD, Jagex Games Studio or RuneScape, and are not a family member or acquaintance of the aforementioned.
You are not an employee of any law firm contracted with Jagex LTD, and are not a family member or acquaintance of said firm.
You do not currently play RuneScape, or any other Jagex game, and are therefore not subject to their terms of service or any other agreement with them.
Primary Rules
If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
Always use common sense.
The staff reserves the right to interpret ALL rules anyway we see fit.
Ideals
We are not anti-leech. If you respect our community and our ideas, feel free to ask questions! If you have an answer to questions that others seek feel free to answer, else remain silent!
We do not talk about things we don't know. This is an informative, not a misinformative community.
We respect each other and other communities. We don't flame each other or other communities. We don't fight on the forums or in game.
We never ask for staff. If we think you are staff worthy and there are open positions we will ask you.
We never ask admins for in-game items. Admins cannot trade and are not allowed to give away items even if they could.
We never ask for 'rep' on the forums, you can earn it like everyone else.

Posts / Topics
Don't make spelling mistakes on purpose. (ex. Use "you" not "u", we use "why" not "y")
We don't make posts that contain non-useful information. Posts like "cool", "lol", "yeah" and "I agree" don't contain anything useful for others.

Buying / Selling
Users are not permitted to sell any real-world items or services on our forums.
Winnerzscape does not sell staff positions or in-game items, asking for us to sell you staff or in-game items may result in ban.

Accounts
You should only have one forum account. If you get banned, contact Winnerz (win1erz@hotmail.com), a member of staff, or get a friend to contact a staff member for you. If you have forgotten your password click 'Forgot your password?'.

Linking / Advertisement
We don't advertise other sites or communities unless we ask and receive permission to from a admin.
We don't post unsafe links or links with explicit materials.
We never advertise via the PM system.
We never have misleading links in our signatures or posts. If a link says 'google.com', it is expected to take us to 'google.com'.

Other
Winnerzscape has the right to change and/or modify these terms at any time without informing any members. It is your responsibility to read these terms! Saying that Winnerzscape and its staff will try it's best to inform members of any changes to these terms via our forums.
Winnerzscape cannot and will not be held responsible for any content posted on this or any other site.
winnerzscape cannot and will not be held responsible for your decisions at this site or away from this site.
By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that Winnerzscape has the right to take action as we see fit if you are to break any of these rules.
